If you were not referred to us by a real estate professional you still have an opportunity to get our service for free. All we ask is you tell us who your real estate agent and title company are, so we can chat with them about adding our service to their businesses!
- Am I getting the best deal? Is it cheaper to contact the providers directly?
You will always get the best deal with Utility Helpers! Utility Helpers is constantly negotiating for the best plans and pricing. Our prices and plans will always be the same or better than what the service providers are currently offering. We often have special pricing that may not be found elsewhere. Also, because they know we are comparing all available providers for you, most companies even allow us to give you "new customer promotions" at your new home, even if you are already a customer!

- What happens after I order my home services and utilities using Utility Helpers?
You will receive a confirmation email for your orders, including installation dates & times, as well as instructions for any steps that need to be completed by you. If anything should change with your closing, simply call or email us and we'll take care of things.
- Will I be getting bills from Utility Helpers?
Utility Helpers will not bill you. Your monthly bills will come directly from your service providers.
